At Wezesha we strongly believe in encouraging community teamwork and cohesion.  One of the products of this project is developing and encouraging community gardens.  Apart from improving nutritional needs and contributing to food security, community gardens enhance physical activity, fostering interactions that reduce stress and enhance the overall mental health of participants. Participants are also made aware that increasing the number of neighborhood gardens supports the environment by positively affecting the issue of climate change.
